At an international level, she competed at the 2015 and 2019 World Championships in Athletics, the 2016 World Indoor Championships, the 2014 Commonwealth Games, and the 2024 World Athletics Cross Country Championships. She was also the Gold Medallist at the 2019 Oceania Athletics Championships in the 5000m.
While she was selected for the 2016 Olympic Games, Melissa had to withdraw due to injury. Despite setbacks, her career continues to inspire runners everywhere, and she shares her insights with us in this episode.
